Northwestern setter Sienna Noordermeer injury update

Following Nebraska’s five-set victory over Northwestern on November 6, 2022, internet users have been asking for the quick recovery of Sienna Noordermeer. When the Nebraska team was up 9-3, a sudden accident necessitated a lengthy serious injury timeout. At this point, Northwestern’s setter Sienna Noodermeer unexpectedly hurt herself.

As Sienna attempted to deflect an errant shot, she was hurt when she hit a hard surface. She was able to sit up, though, after a little while, and was then carried away on a stretcher. Since then, the player’s teammates and supporters have been praying for her quick recovery.

Fans of volleyball began wishing Sienna Noordermeer well when they spotted her suffering an injury. Some things, according to one of the supporters, are much bigger than the scoreboard.

Grace Reininga, a junior defensive specialist, was called to the court to finish the game as a setter after Sienna’s critical injury.
