Matthew Stafford, the quarterback for the Rams, has little chance of playing this weekend against the Cardinals. Los Angeles Rams QB skipped his second straight session.
As of the now, it appears that Stafford will miss this week’s game against the Cardinals after entering the concussion protocol. He should decide on Friday whether or not to play. If not, John Wolford the quarterback will get the start. It’s tough to suggest any guys this weekend besides Cooper Kupp because the Rams’ offense has suffered as well.
Stafford is currently in the league’s concussion protocol, according to the head coach Sean McVay, and he missed practice on Thursday. It seems unlikely that Stafford will be able to play on Sunday due to the length of the league’s concussion protocol’s many procedures.
If Stafford is unable to play, John Wolford will start. While Wolford had to leave the playoff victory early due to an injury, he made two starts for the Rams in 2020, one in the regular season and one in the postseason.
