In Week 11, the Los Angeles Rams will play the New Orleans Saints without their star wide receiver Cooper Kupp. In Week 10, he had an ankle injury that is now thought to be a high ankle sprain. Kupp will be placed on injured reserve and out for at least the next four games since it will require surgery.
Kupp is without a doubt the Rams’ top wide receiver. In the nine games this season, he has 75 receptions on 98 targets for 812 yards and six touchdowns. With 44 receptions on 65 targets for 385 yards, tight end Tyler Higbee is second on the team as a point of comparison.
The remaining wide receivers Matthew Stafford can rely on are Allen Robinson, Ben Skowronek, Van Jefferson, and Brandon Powell. Odell Beckham Jr., a free agency wide receiver, was originally interested in the Rams, but their 3-6 record and last-place NFC West standing have made him consider using his skills elsewhere.
